Sergei Fedorov

Sergei Fedorov has a diverse background in design and product development. Sergei began their career as a Graphic Designer at Antimult.ru in 2005 and went on to hold similar roles at Vibirai.ru and Artis. In 2010, Fedorov worked as a Graphic Designer at Drimmi before transitioning to Mail.ru Games GmbH as a UI Designer. In 2015, they joined Octoberry as a Product Designer before moving to Magneta AI as a Product Designer and Scrum Master. During their time at Magneta AI, Fedorov secured 5 enterprise clients and helped optimize their customer support operations by 30%. Most recently, they worked at ANNA Money where they held roles such as Product Owner of Onboarding & Customer Support Tools and Head of Onboarding (KYC/KYB) & Customer Support Automation. At ANNA Money, Fedorov designed and developed onboarding funnel and customer support processes, resulting in improved efficiency and reduced customer support requests.

Sergei Fedorov graduated from the Tolyatti Academy of Management (former International Academy of Business and Banking) with a Bachelor's degree in Design. Sergei attended this school from 2004 to 2009. In 2016, Sergei enrolled in advanced training courses at Netology.ru. Sergei pursued two courses: one in HTML & CSS and another in JavaScript. In addition to their formal education, Sergei also obtained certifications in Agile Product Development and Lean Product Development from ScrumTrek in December 2016.
