Vincent Barnes

Vincent Barnes is currently the Senior Vice President of Government Affairs at AnnDyl Policy Group. With over 20 years of experience in government and regulatory affairs, Vincent has held various leadership positions in different organizations such as the Alliance to Save Energy, American Bankers Association, and Rebirth of Englewood Community Development Corporation. Barnes also served as a Legislative Counsel at the U.S. House of Representatives. Vincent holds a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Brigham Young University.
