Lauren Fluxman

Lauren Fluxman is a finance professional with extensive experience in various roles within the aged care sector, as well as in other industries. Currently serving as Group Finance Manager at Annecto since September 2023, Lauren previously held the position of Financial Controller at Box Hill Institute from March 2022 to June 2023. Additional experience includes Finance Manager at Benetas, where responsibility encompassed finance and payroll functions for a leading not-for-profit aged care provider. Lauren also worked as Finance and Administration Manager at Emmy Monash Aged Care and as Financial Accounting Manager at Arcare Aged Care. Prior roles include Finance Manager at Mentone Grammar, Cell Care Australia, and Charter Mason. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University of South Africa.
