Chris Peters has a diverse and extensive work experience. Chris is the Chief Innovation Officer and Co-Founder of Quad Lock, a company that focuses on smartphone mounting for an active lifestyle. Chris is also the Director and Co-Founder of Rapid 3D, a position they held from April 2012 to March 2014. Prior to that, they were the Director and Co-Founder of Origin Systems Pty Ltd from April 2010 to June 2012. Chris also served as the Director of Cp Design Pty Ltd from May 2009 to June 2012. Before that, they worked as a Sales Engineer at Intercad, where they generated around $1M in business in their first year. Earlier in their career, Chris worked as a Senior Industrial Designer at Tiller + Tiller Pty Ltd, where they managed client relationships, sourced suppliers, and led projects. Chris also founded and served as the Director of Basic Wakeskates, an action water sports brand that focused on wakeskating. Additionally, Chris worked as an Industrial Designer at Invetech, where they designed graphical user interfaces for medical instruments and worked on various medical and consumer products.
Chris Peters attended Carey Baptist Grammar School from an unknown start year to 1996. Following this, they enrolled at Swinburne University of Technology from 1997 to 1999, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design. Besides their formal education, Chris has also obtained a certification as a Certified SolidWorks Professional (CSWP), although the specific details of when and where they obtained it are unavailable.
