Franke joined Anomaly more than a decade ago and has thrived in an environment that rewards talent, commitment and a desire to expand your own capabilities and horizons.
He started in the New York office as a junior account person with the ability to span the traditional world and the digital world, guided by a keen commercial mind (he holds an Economics degree from Columbia University).
Five years later he became the youngest ever Partner & CEO in Anomaly, charged with relocating to open the Toronto office, which soon became 100+ people bursting with energy, innovation and ideas.
That level of success saw his responsibilities expand in 2017 to also lead the New York office as CEO, focused on ensuring that as the agency got bigger, it also got better.
Having started an Anomaly office from scratch, run another one with 300+ people, spent several years leading Intellectual Property Development and managing major blue-chip brands on their marketing missions, it’s fair to say he is ‘an Anomaly’ through and through.
His own enthusiasm and hunger to take the agency to new heights makes him the perfect leader of a potent mix of talent from a wide range of disciplines, ages, and nationalities, united by an ambition and desire to do something special they and their clients believe in.
