Judy joined Anomaly at the beginning of 2018 and leads recruiting across the London and European offices, ensuring the talent that joins Anomaly is aligned across mission, values and with an ever-evolving, progressive skillset that defines the agency.

Previously, Judy has spent time in talent and recruiting at leading global agencies including Digitas, The&Partnership, BBH, AKQA and Razorfish – giving her a unique perspective across creative, digital and ‘new model’ agencies – and what it takes for them to succeed in a changed world.
