Vincent Cottet

Vincent Cottet currently serves as the Directeur général délégué à l'administration et au budget at ANR (Agence nationale de la recherche) since October 2022. Prior to this role, Cottet held multiple positions at the Direction du Budget - Bercy from September 2017 to October 2022, including Chef de bureau de l'éducation nationale and Adjoint au chef de bureau, focusing on urban healthcare oversight. Cottet was an Assistant Professor of Math-Stat at Ensae ParisTech between September 2014 and August 2017, where responsibilities included course organization and student project supervision. From September 2006 to September 2012, Cottet worked at INSEE, where tasks involved micro-economic studies on businesses and employment estimation. Cottet's educational background includes a Doctorate in Mathematics from ENSAE Paris (2014 - 2017) and a Master's degree in Mathematics and Statistics from ENSAE Paris (2012 - 2014). Currently, Cottet is pursuing a Master of Science (MSc) in Statistics at University College Dublin.
