Thilini Rathnayaka

Thilini Rathnayaka is a specialist in Human Resources, currently working at Ansell since July 2019. Prior to this role, they held the position of Associate Specialist at Ansell Lanka from February 2018 to December 2018. Thilini completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a specialization in HRM from the University of Kelaniya Sri Lanka in 2019.
