Chad Rosier has a diverse work experience in project and program management. Chad started their career in 1998 as a Marketing Communications Specialist at Weir Specialty Pumps and Intermountain Health Care. Chad then worked as a Project Manager at ADP from 2001 to 2006. From 2006 to 2012, they served as an Account Manager at MRM.
In 2012, Chad joined The Food Group as an Interactive Producer, where they managed cross-functional teams and provided strategic direction on digital projects. Chad then joined MRM again in 2013, first as a Senior Technical Project Manager, successfully delivering digital projects, and later as a Program Manager, overseeing complex projects and managing risks.
In 2017, Chad joined ThomasARTS as a Program Director, where they established a Project Management Office and optimized agency processes. Chad then moved to Pace Communications in 2018, initially serving as a Program Director and later as the Director of Project Management. In these roles, they directed project teams, acted as a liaison between leadership and various departments, and implemented project management tools.
Chad then joined Contravent in 2021 as the Technical Project Management Director, collaborating with project teams and utilizing key project management tools to mitigate risks and provide clear direction. Currently, they are the Project Director, Web & Commerce at Ansira, starting in 2022.

Chad Rosier holds a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix, which they obtained from 2000 to 2001.
