Bailey Cadugan has extensive culinary experience, currently serving as Junior Sous Chef at Ansley Golf Club since May 2021, following a role as Line Cook. Previous positions include Sales Associate at Wawa, Inc., and Line Cook at Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant. Bailey began the culinary journey at Carlino's as a team member and has developed a strong foundation in baking and pastry arts with multiple associate degrees from Monroe University and Monroe College-New Rochelle in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus in Hospitality Management from Monroe University.
