Eric Pagdiwalla

Eric Pagdiwalla has extensive work experience in various management roles. Eric is currently a Managing Director - Client Success at ANSR, a position they have held since April 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President Service Delivery at ANSR from August 2021 to March 2023.

Before joining ANSR, Eric worked at Ascena Retail Group, Inc. as an Associate Vice President - Transformation from March 2019 to July 2021. In this role, they led a team of 100+ associates and was responsible for driving the strategy and transformation agenda for the company's business services organization in Bangalore.

Eric also has a long history with Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Eric held several leadership positions at the company, including Innovation Lead - Digital Selling from November 2017 to March 2019 and Region Lead - Marketing Business Services from March 2015 to November 2017. In these roles, they supervised and directed teams in multiple countries and achieved high levels of customer satisfaction.

Prior to joining Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Eric worked at KPMG Advisory Services Pvt Ltd as a Senior Consultant from May 2001 to October 2005. Eric played a crucial role in redefining the operating model for an Indian general insurance major and conducting business process re-engineering for a petroleum marketing company in Oman.

Eric's early career included a role as a Software Engineer at Mahindra Satyam from July 1997 to June 1999.

Eric Pagdiwalla completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics from the University of Mumbai in 1997. Eric then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow between 1999 and 2001. In addition to their formal education, Eric has obtained several certifications in areas such as presenting technical information with stories, neural networks and deep learning, machine learning, data science foundations, digital transformation, Six Sigma (Green Belt), and digital unlocked.
