Neil D’silva

Neil D'Silva has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Neil is currently the Managing Director at ANSR since September 2021. Previously, they served as the COO at KPMG Global Services Pvt Ltd. from January 2011 to August 2021. Neil also worked as the Chief Of Staff at Barclays Shared Services Pvt Ltd. from July 2008 to January 2011. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President - Operations at Firstsource Solutions formerly ICICI OneSource from August 2004 to June 2008. Furthermore, Neil worked as an Asst. VP at GE Capital Business Process Management Services Pvt Ltd from January 1999 to July 2004. Neil started their career as an Asst. Manager Merchant Services at ANZ and also held the same role at Thomas Cook India Limited.

Neil D'Silva attended MMK College from 1987 to 1992, and then they went on to SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) from 1995 to 1998 where they obtained a degree in MMM.
