Srinivasan Mahalingam has extensive work experience in the field of information security. Srinivasan currently holds the position of Group CISO and DPO at ANSR since July 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at C-Square Info Solutions Pvt Ltd, Netmeds.com, Fusion BPO Services, and Matrimony.com Limited. Srinivasan also held the role of Head of IT Security & Compliance at Exterro. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Manager - Global Information Security at Unimoni, Senior Consultant - GSC at Capgemini, and Information Security Engineer - IRM at UnitedHealth Group. Srinivasan began their career as a Sr. Associate - Consulting Service at Advaiya Solutions, Inc. Overall, Srinivasan has a diverse and comprehensive background in information security, specializing in roles such as CISO and Head of Information Security.

Srinivasan Mahalingam completed a Post Graduate program in Information Security Management (PRISM) from the International School of Corporate Management (ISCOM) in 2006-2007. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) degree in Computer Science from Anna University in 2001-2005. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, such as being a Data Protection Officer from Infosec Train, a CNSS Certified Network Security Specialist from ICSI (International CyberSecurity Institute), a CPISI - Certified Payment-Card Industry Security Implementer from SISA Information Security, an ISO / IEC 27001:2013 lead implementer from BSI, an ISO 31000:2009 Risk Management Principles & Guidelines Introduction Course from BSI, an ITIL V3 Foundation certification from EXIN, and a PGP - Information Security Management System from ISCOM in 2008.
