Jennifer Morales Keller

Jennifer Morales Keller has a diverse work experience in the field of UX Research. jennifer served as the SVP of UX Research at AnswerLab from January 2022 to the present. Prior to that, they held the position of VP of UX Research from January 2018 to July 2022 at the same company. Before joining AnswerLab, they worked as the Director of UX Research - Quant Lead at AnswerLab from May 2015 to July 2022. Jennifer also has experience working at Erickson Research as a Director from June 2012 to April 2015, at Hall & Partners as a Research Director from November 2011 to June 2012, at EmSense Corporation as a Research Director from March 2010 to November 2011, and at C&R Research as a Research Director from March 2006 to May 2010. In their role at C&R Research, Jennifer managed research projects within the ShopperEyes division and demonstrated creativity and research savvy in serving their shopper marketing clients.

Jennifer Morales Keller completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from the University of Illinois Chicago, where they attended from 1992 to 1996. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree from Loyola University Chicago, specializing in Marketing and Data Warehousing, which they accomplished from 2000 to 2003.
