Les Barchard

Les Barchard has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the software industry. Les started their career as a Technician at the Georgia Tech Research Institute, where they assisted with experiments related to noise dampening methods. Les then worked as a Consultant at Cognitech Corporation before joining Radiant Systems Inc. as an Analyst, where they consulted on the implementation of point of sale and back office systems for convenience stores.

At Radiant Systems Inc., Les held several positions, including Senior Quality Analyst, Software Development Manager, Manager of Product Management, Sr. Manager of Software Support, and Director of Software Support and Maintenance. In these roles, they were responsible for managing software development projects and leading support teams. Les also focused on driving continuous improvement in software development and maintenance.

Following their time at Radiant Systems Inc., Les joined NCR Corporation, where they served as a Director of Software Services and later as a Director of Product Management. At NCR Corporation, they managed product development and oversaw software services.
