Brittany Wierzba

Brittany Wierzba has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Brittany is currently serving as the Chief Clinical Officer at AnswersNow, a position they have held since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Invo Healthcare from April 2020 to April 2023, where they held various roles including Chief Clinical Officer, VP of Clinical Standards, and Director of Standards. From February 2018 to April 2020, Brittany worked as the Chief Process Officer at ENGAGE Behavioral Health and also served as the Clinical Director from March 2017 to August 2018. Brittany gained experience as a Clinical Supervisor at Scottsdale Pediatric Behavioral Services from June 2016 to January 2017, and as a Clinician at Trumpet Behavioral Health from June 2015 to July 2016.

Brittany Wierzba began their education at Fairfield University, where they received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology and French in 2011. Brittany then moved on to the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where they completed a Master's degree in Psychology with a focus on Behavioral Analysis from 2011 to 2013. Continuing their education at the same university, they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Behavior Analysis from 2011 to 2015. Additionally, in February 2014, Brittany obtained the certification of Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Doctoral from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
