Long Liang

Long Liang is a highly experienced engineering professional with a strong background in mechanical engineering. As a Principal R&D Engineer and Lead Software Developer at Ansys since January 2014, Long Liang has contributed significantly to research and development efforts. Prior experience includes roles as a Staff Development Engineer and Senior Development Engineer at Reaction Design from May 2008 to December 2013, as well as a Postdoctoral Researcher at ExxonMobil from October 2006 to May 2008. Early career experience includes a Summer Employee position at Ford Motor Company and a Research Assistant role at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Long Liang holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Beijing Jiaotong University.
