Paul Welsh

Paul Welsh currently serves as the Vice President of Business Development for Ansys Government Initiatives, a position held since December 2020. Additionally, Welsh is an Executive Board Member at the Center for Ethics and the Rule of Law (CERL), an institute focused on the ethical and legal implications of warfare and national security. Previous roles include Vice President at Analytical Graphics, Inc., and various management positions at Lockheed Martin from 1989 to 1998. Welsh holds an MBA from The Wharton School, a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Villanova University.
