Renee DeMay is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations and service leadership. Currently serving as Vice President of Executive Operations and Chief of Staff to the CEO at Ansys since October 2014, Renee has successfully transformed a team of 700 employees into high-performing Presales, Technical Support, Consulting, and Training teams. Prior to Ansys, Renee held various leadership roles at PTC from July 2001 to October 2014, including Vice President of Worldwide Partner Services and Vice President of North America PTC University, where significant growth in partner bookings was achieved. Renee's career also includes leadership positions at IBM and Mastech, focusing on professional services operations. Renee earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Logistics from Penn State University in 1989.
