Elaine Lee

Elaine Lee is a highly experienced legal professional with a strong background in financial services and technology. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Ant Group since January 2021, Elaine has also held the position of Head of Legal Cash and Digitisation and Client Access at Standard Chartered Bank since 2017. Between November 2002 and June 2017, Elaine worked as Associate General Counsel at Visa Worldwide Pte Limited. Earlier in Elaine's career, a role as Solicitor at Mallesons Stephen Jaques was held from March 2001 to October 2002. Elaine's educational credentials include an LLM in Intellectual Property from The George Washington University Law School, a BSc in Information Systems and Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science, and an LLB from the National University of Singapore.
