Jeff Chen

Jeff Chen has over 20 years of experience in software development and quality assurance, currently serving as Manager of Software Development Engineering in Test at Ant Financial since February 2015. In this role, Jeff leads a team responsible for maintaining the quality of an investment platform with over 10 million active users, achieving significant reductions in annual LSI incidents and ensuring zero capital loss. Prior to Ant Financial, Jeff worked at Microsoft from 2006 to 2015, where contributions included leading infrastructure setups for testing and developing a monitoring system that improved service performance. Earlier experience includes serving as a Systems Analyst at the Port of Singapore Authority from 2003 to 2006. Jeff holds a Master of Science in Bioinformatics and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
