Sophia Teh

Sophia Teh is a seasoned professional in the fintech and banking sectors with extensive experience in solution architecture and strategic partnerships. Currently serving as a Senior Solutions Architect at Ant Group since July 2024, Sophia previously held a strategic partnerships role at Payex, a fintech specializing in payment solutions for SMEs in Malaysia, from October 2023 to June 2024. Sophia's experience includes a role as Presales Manager at Juris Technologies, focusing on digital onboarding and eKYC solutions from May 2021 to September 2023, and multiple positions at Bank Negara Malaysia from 2014 to 2021, working on market conduct risk and consumer protection policies. Earlier experience includes an internship with Village Volunteers, where Sophia developed marketing strategies for social enterprises in various countries. Sophia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Psychology from the University of Washington, obtained in 2013.
