Ivan Lim

Ivan Lim is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in apparel sourcing and management within leading global companies. Currently serving as the Vice President of Apparel Sourcing at Anta, Ivan also holds the position of ESG lead and is a member of various management councils since July 2020. Prior to this role, Ivan was Vice President of Sourcing Apparel at Adidas, where responsibilities included translating strategy into actionable plans and fostering a winning culture. Ivan's career at Adidas spanned numerous roles, including Senior Director of Sourcing Apparel and Country Manager for various regions. Earlier experience includes leadership positions at VF Corporation and Tuntex Incorporation, focusing on material sourcing strategies and merchandising management. Ivan holds a degree in Business Administration from Universiti Utara Malaysia and a diploma in Marketing from the Polytechnic of Kelantan.
