Xinwei Xu

Xinwei (Michael) Xu, CFA, currently serves as Chairman Assistant at 安踏集团 since April 2024. Previously, Michael held the position of Manager at Bain & Company from January 2021 to March 2024, where responsibilities included commercial due diligence, digital transformation, and consumer product strategies. Prior to that, Michael contributed as a Pro Bono researcher for The Nature Conservancy, co-authoring a book on nature-based solutions published by Tsinghua University. Michael's experience also includes serving as Chief of Staff at ATLATL Innovation Cluster and various roles at NERA Economic Consulting, including Senior Analyst. Michael earned an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.A. in Economics and International Affairs from Lafayette College. Additional academic experience includes a General Course at The London School of Economics and Political Science and completion of high school at Shanghai Foreign Language School.
