Chris Minnich

Prior roles include Managing Director in Consulting Financial Services Banking and Insurance, Senior Vice President and Director of Total Rewards at Fifth Third Bank, and a significant tenure at M&T Bank overseeing compensation and benefits. Chris has consistently provided strategic guidance to executive teams and Board Compensation Committees, supporting initiatives related to executive compensation, compliance, and incentive management.
