The team's members have completed postdoctoral research at renowned institutions, such as the Instituto de Neurociencias de Alicante, CSIC-UMH, and The Scripps Research Institute. They also hold degrees from esteemed universities, like Universidad Miguel Hernández de Elche and Universitat d'Alacant, in disciplines ranging from neuroscience to pharmacology.
