Ana María Sempere

Ana María Sempere is currently the Laboratory Manager & Project Leader at AntalGenics. Ana has over fifteen years of experience in the field of research and development.

Ms. Sempere started their career as a Research Fellow at the Universidad Miguel Hernández in Spain. Ana then worked as a Research Associate at Diverdrugs-Lipotec SAU-Corporación Lubrizol, where they were responsible for designing experimental strategies, developing new technologies, training technical staff, and planning the experimental calendar for the work team. Ana also analyzed and interpreted experimental results, presented project status reports, collaborated on the drafting of examples in patents, and managed the collection of hazardous waste.

In November 2015, Ms. Sempere joined AntalGenics as an Investigadora (Project Leader). In this role, they are responsible for leading a team of researchers in the development of new drugs and therapies for the treatment of cancer and other diseases.

Ana Maria Sempere has a Diploma de Estudios Avanzados del 3er Ciclo (DEA) from the Programa de Doctorado de Biología Molecular y Celular at the Instituto de Biología Molecular y Celular at Universidad Miguel Hernández de Elche. Ana also has a Licenciada en Bioquímica from Universidad Miguel Hernández de Elche. Finally, they have a Primer Ciclo Licenciatura Químicas from Universitat d'Alacant.

They work with Isabel Devesa - Chief Scientific Officer, Ana Espinosa - Operations Manager, and Magdalena Nikolaeva - Project leader. and Tania Trujillo - Laboratory Technician reports to Ana María Sempere. Their manager is Antonio Ferrer Montiel, President.
