Ashley Medio

Ashley is a managing director and manages the Portfolio Management team at Antares Capital. Prior to this role, she was responsible for structuring, underwriting, documenting and managing sponsor-backed leveraged loans, with a focus on unitranche and healthcare transactions.

Ashley joined GE Antares in 2008 in connection with the GE Capital acquisition of Merrill Lynch Capital where she was responsible for structuring, underwriting and executing leveraged finance and asset-based transactions. Prior to Merrill Lynch Capital, she spent three years underwriting subordinated debt and equity investments at Allied Capital and began her career at Heller Financial.

Ashley earned her bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, IL.
