Sneha Pradhan

Sneha Pradhan has extensive work experience in marketing and customer success management. Sneha has been working for Antavo Loyalty Management Platform since 2021 in the roles of Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager - APAC. Prior to this, they were employed at Loylty Rewardz Mngt Pvt Ltd from 2019 to 2021 as a Senior Manager - Strategy and Marketing Communications. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as President at Fortune Maker (INDIA). From 2011 to 2016, they were employed at Bank of India as Head Of Marketing and Marketing Executive. Her first work experience was at iSense Prowareness in 2010 as a Marketing Intern.

Sneha Pradhan completed a B.E in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University from 2004 to 2008. Sneha then went on to pursue a PGDM in Marketing from Christ University, Bangalore from 2009 to 2011 and a Master of Business Administration - MBA in International Business from Technical University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt (THWS) from 2009 to 2011. Sneha also has several certifications, including a Six Sigma White Belt Certification from Council of Six Sigma Certification & Aveta Business Institute in 2020, The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google Digital Unlocked in 2020, Certified Digital Marketing Associate from Simplilearn in 2016, Digital Marketing Certified Associate from Simplilearn in 2016, CAIIB from Indian Institute of Banking and Finance in 2015, AMCAT Certified Data Processing Specialist from Aspiring Minds in 2014, and JAIIB from Indian Institute of Banking and Finance in 2014.
