DIBINGUE KOWE

Dibingue Kowe is a seasoned drilling supervisor engineer with extensive experience in water drilling operations. Currently employed at Antea since November 2013, Kowe supervises water drilling and well projects in the Guera and Batha regions. Previously, from November 2010 to March 2012, Kowe served as a water drilling engineer supervisor at Consulting Engineers (CIAT Chad), overseeing 400 productive wells as part of the 9th EFD project for BCEOM - CIAT consulting engineers. Kowe holds an engineer's degree in Mining and Mineral Engineering from the Polytechnic University Institute of Chad, completed in 2007.
