Robert Shamitz

Robert Shamitz is an experienced mechanical engineer with over 20 years of experience in designing and developing products for various industries. Robert has worked at companies such as Antenna Research Associates, Starry, Inc., IDEX Corporation, Bose Corporation, Bluefin Robotics, Pollak, Stoneridge Electronics, Sloan Valve Company and Raytheon. In their roles, they have been responsible for bringing products from concept to production and collaborating with other engineers on layouts for multiple versions of PCBA’s. Their technical skills include SolidWorks, APQP techniques, and FEA. Robert also possesses excellent collaboration, independent work, and interdepartmental communication skills.

Robert Shamitz earned an Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the Wentworth Institute of Technology from 1991 to 1993. Robert then attended the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration.
