Tracy Goettsch has over thirty years of experience in the industry. Tracy began their career in 1982 as a Project Manager at Neilsen Manufacturing, Inc., where they were later promoted to Vice President of Mexican Operations. In 1990, they became the Owner and General Manager of Columbia Metal Fabrication, where they managed custom truck bodies, microwave tower components, and fish hatchery equipment. In 1997, they joined Pacific Stair Company as a Senior Project Manager, overseeing projects such as the Newport Office Tower and the Newport Parking Garage. In 2012, they moved to Pacific Stair Corporation and was promoted to Project Executive and Vice President of Sales. In this role, they have been responsible for overseeing all projects and mentoring other project managers.
Tracy Goettsch attended the University of Phoenix from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a BS/BM BS/MKT in Business and Marketing. Tracy also attended Chemeketa Community College to study Business.
