Hayk Baghdasaryan

Hayk Baghdasaryan is an experienced software engineering professional with a strong background in both leadership and technical roles. Currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at iris Dating since May 2022, Hayk also holds the position of Consultant, Co-Founder, and Backend Developer at Anteo Health since June 2017, where responsibilities include setting up development processes and defining backend architecture. Prior experience includes significant roles at Oracle as Software Development Director and Manager from October 2014 to May 2022, and as Head of Technical and Software Development Departments at LiveLOOK Armenia from May 2009 to October 2014. Hayk's career began with Lycos Europe, progressing through various positions, showcasing expertise in software design, project leadership, and backend platform maintenance. Hayk holds a Master’s degree and Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the State Engineering University of Armenia.
