Jennifer Gonch

Jennifer Gonch has a diverse work experience spanning from 1997 to the present. Jennifer began their career as a PC Acquisitions Specialist at Iona College from July 1997 to January 2000. Jennifer then moved on to Singer Direct, an Omnicom Media Group Company, where they worked as an Account Executive from 2000 to 2003, and later as a Director from 2003 to 2008. In 2010, they joined Anteriad as the Director of Customer Success and also took on the role of Director of Insert Media at MeritDirect during the same time. Jennifer later became an Account Director for the Membership Database at MeritDirect in April 2012. Throughout their career, Jennifer has held various leadership positions in customer success, account management, and media.

Jennifer Gonch earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine Arts and Business from the University at Albany, SUNY, from 1993 to 1997. Jennifer later pursued a Master's degree in Communications at Iona University, from 1999 to 2000.
