Joseph Gagnon

Joseph Gagnon has over 20 years of work experience in various software engineering roles. From 2023 to the present, they have worked as a Senior Embedded Linux Software Engineer at Antevia Networks. Prior to that, from 2021 to 2023, they served as a Principal Embedded Software Engineer at Photonic Inc. Before that, from 2018 to 2021, they worked as a Senior Staff Systems Architecture Engineer at MDA. From 2016 to 2018, they held the position of Senior Systems Engineer, Software at Schneider Electric. Joseph also has experience at Thales, JDSU, Eastman Kodak, Spectrum Signal Processing By Vecima, MP2 Inc., and Knowledge Junction Systems, where they held various software engineering positions and gained expertise in firmware development, real-time system architecture, automated testing, and debugging complex legacy code.

Joseph Gagnon attended The University of British Columbia from 1998 to 2006, where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree. Their field of study included Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, with a minor in Commerce, Physics, and Math.
