Dr. Vijay Kaiwar

Dr. Vijay Kaiwar is a seasoned professional in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at Anthem Biosciences Private Limited since April 2024. Prior to this role, Dr. Kaiwar held prominent positions at SUN PHARMA from September 2016 to March 2024, focusing on global new business development for APIs, particularly in India, China, and Eastern Europe. Experience also includes leadership roles at Aurobindo Pharma, Jubilant Life Sciences Ltd, and Atul Limited, where responsibilities spanned business development and product innovation in CRAMS and fine chemicals. Dr. Kaiwar's educational background includes a Post-Doc in Nucleoside Chemistry from King's College London and a Ph.D. in the synthesis of biologically active compounds from CSIR-IICT.
