Ragini Hari

Ragini Hari has extensive experience in the field of statistical programming and biometrics in the pharmaceutical industry. Ragini is currently the Senior Director of Biometrics Strategic Account Management at Cytel, where they oversee the partnership with key pharma accounts and ensures the delivery of biometric services. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Statistical Programming at ICON plc. Ragini also has experience at PRA Health Sciences as the Director and Associate Director of Statistical Programming, at Chiltern as a Senior Manager, and at Pfizer via Eliassen as a Project Delivery/Programming Manager. Ragini has also worked at PPD as a Senior Manager and Manager of Programming Biostatistics, at UCB Biosciences as a Standards Manager and Principal Stat Programmer, at Eisai Medical Research as a Senior Statistical Programmer, and at UCB Pharma as a Principal SP/Sr SAS Programmer. Ragini first attended Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a BTech degree in Computer Science & IT. Following that, they pursued further studies at Missouri University of Science and Technology from 2001 to 2003. During this period, they obtained an MS in Comp Sci with a focus on Research Thesis in Data Mining.
