Ali Geramian

Ali Geramian is the Managing Director of Strategic Partner Success at Anthemis. Prior to joining Anthemis, Ali served as the Managing Director of KPMG Ignition from July 2014 to January 2022. In this role, Ali worked with clients in the oil & gas, power, and industrial sectors on a variety of strategic advisory projects.

Before joining KPMG, Ali was a Summer Associate at Taylor-DeJongh from May to September 2013. At TDJ, Ali worked on feasibility studies for potential infrastructure projects, including the construction of a nuclear power plant in Southeast Asia. Ali also participated in the asset-backed credit facility issuance for a privately held railroad company.

From October 2006 to June 2012, Ali worked as an Associate at MetLife. In this role, they were responsible for analyzing insurance policies and developing recommendations for clients.

Ali is also a Co-founder of L.E.S., a software development company that they started in 2002 and ran until 2007.

Ali began their career as a Project Engineer at Arcadis in 2000, where they worked on a variety of environmental remediation projects.

Ali Geramian received a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Chemical Engineering from Manhattan College and then went on to complete a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Georgetown University McDonough School of Business.

Their manager is Tom Ryan, Partner. They are on a team with Katrina Cruz - Principal, JeeYoon Hong - Product Lead, and Ralph King - Tech Lead.
