Aleksandar Narashanov

Aleksandar Narashanov serves as the Director of Customer Experience (CX) at Anthill Agency, focusing on client onboarding, service standardization, and identifying revenue streams since February 2023. Previously, Aleksandar held roles at Bigtincan, including Global Solutions Manager and Product Owner, where responsibilities encompassed gathering stakeholder input and ensuring product alignment with user requirements. As Head of Project Management at Cylindo, oversight of a remote team and involvement in company restructuring highlighted strong leadership skills. Additional experience includes project management at the American Chamber of Commerce in Macedonia, operational leadership at CBS International Macedonia, and various managerial roles in product development and sales at different organizations. Aleksandar holds a Master of Arts in Leadership and Organization from Malmö University and a Bachelor of Laws from Univerzitet 'Sv. Kiril i Metódij' vo Skopje.
