Julie Holliday-Cattano has extensive work experience in higher education and customer success. Julie is currently the Senior Director of Client Experience at Anthology Inc, where they lead a team in strengthening partnerships with higher education institutions and expanding client advocates. Prior to this, they worked at Ellucian, where they held various roles including Global Enablement & Transformation Lead and Director of Customer Success. Julie'sresponsibilities included designing processes to enhance customer success, leading a team of Customer Success Managers, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. Julie also has experience working at the University of South Carolina, where they created academic support programs and drove the strategic direction of the Student Success Center. Julie began their career at Columbia College SC, where they engaged in student affairs responsibilities and facilitated leadership workshops.
Julie Holliday-Cattano obtained a Bachelor of Art degree in Sociology from Furman University in the years 2000 to 2002. Julie then pursued a Masters degree in Higher Education Administration from the University of South Carolina from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they attended Davidson College from 1998 to 2000, although the degree and field of study are unspecified. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Prosci Certified Change Practitioner certification from Prosci in 2020, as well as the Customer Success Manager Advanced Certified Professional and Customer Success Manager Certified Professional certifications from Gainsight in 2020 and 2019 respectively. Julie also obtained the Measuring Learning Effectiveness certification from LinkedIn in 2019, and the Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 certification from SuccessHACKER in November 2018.
