Shelly Knapp

Shelly Knapp, MS HRD, currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Jordan Health since August 2022, where responsibilities include strategic HR leadership, talent strategy development, and fostering a workplace environment aligned with the organization's mission and values. Previously, Shelly held various HR leadership roles at Getinge USA, Inc., including Vice President of Human Resources, where Shelly established balanced HR practices across all divisions and supported global HR initiatives. Shelly also served as a Senior Human Resources Manager and Director of Human Resources at Getinge, focusing on promoting strategic objectives and enhancing productivity. Earlier in their career, Shelly was a Human Resources Manager and Manager of Employment & Communications at MDT Corporation. Shelly holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Development from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in English and Secondary Education from St. Lawrence University.
