Britt-Ni Luu

Britt-ni Luu has a diverse background in customer service and care coordination, currently working as a Member Advocate and Care Partner Specialist at Sana since September 2023. Previously, Britt-ni held the position of Assistant Surgical Coordinator at VCA Almaden Valley Animal from December 2016 to March 2023, along with roles as a Customer Service Specialist and Care Club Specialist. Additional experience includes serving as a Revenue Development Representative at Clari from May 2022 to February 2023 and as a Catering Coordinator at Ngoc's Catering from April 2015 to March 2020. Britt-ni also worked as a Site Supervisor for The College Board from January 2016 to February 2019.
