Diane Ravenscroft

Diane Ravenscroft, PhD, has extensive experience in leadership coaching and organizational development, currently serving as a Leadership Coach at Organizational Leadership since December 2001, and as a Customer Service Excellence Presenter for Anton's Cleaners Inc since August 2019. Previous roles include Learning and Development Consultant at Champlain Cable Corporation and HR Partner, Leadership Coach, and Trainer at Vermont Economic Development Authority. Diane held the position of Associate Professor and Program Director at Norwich University, contributing significantly to the design of an online graduate program in organizational leadership. Educational credentials include a PhD in Leadership and Organizational Change from Walden University, as well as several degrees in adult development and psychology.
