Emma Berglund

Emma Berglund has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Emma currently works as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at Ants Tech Recruiters, specializing in technical industries like IT and engineering. Emma is responsible for matching talented individuals with companies in need of their expertise. Prior to this, Emma worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Star Stable Entertainment AB, supporting their mission to create immersive experiences for girls internationally. Emma also held positions as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Amuse, a music tech company, and at Soldags, a solar energy company. Emma had previous experience as a Sales Advisor at GANT, where they worked with customer services, CRM, and sales. Additionally, they worked as a Human Resources Recruitment Assistant at SKF Group, a company focusing on reliable rotation in the industrial sector. Emma also served as a Board Member in the Swedish HR Association, where they collaborated with universities, recruited student board members, and participated in the international network. Currently, Emma is preparing to take on the role of Senior Talent Acquisition at Swish, where they will be responsible for tech recruitment and employer branding.

Emma Berglund completed their Gymnasieexamen in Samhällsvetenskap from Aranäsgymnasiet in 2016. In 2018, they enrolled at the University of Gothenburg and pursued a degree in Human Resource Management, which they completed in 2021. Additionally, Emma obtained a certification from Techrek Academy at Ants Tech Recruiters in November 2022.
