Julia Florén

Julia Florén has a diverse work experience in various roles within talent acquisition and learning & development. Julia started their career at Ants Tech Recruiters as a Talent Acquisition Consultant, where they supported the recruitment process for multiple clients. Julia then moved on to become a Learning & Development coordinator, focusing on optimizing the learning experience at Ants and implementing learning strategies. Julia also took on the role of Competence Lead for "Consulting Skills" at Ants, where they led a group and educated colleagues in this area.

Julia later worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Billogram, where they recruited various roles and collaborated with senior leaders to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience. Julia also had assignments at One Agency Sweden AB and Telia as a Talent Acquisition Consultant, where they recruited across different roles and evaluated recruitment processes.

Before their career in talent acquisition, Julia worked at Lunds kommun as an Activity Leader and Substitute Teacher/Staff. Julia also gained experience as a Gymnastics Coach at Bjerreds gymnastikförening.

Julia Florén earned their Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management & Working Life from Uppsala University, completing their studies from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Gymnasieexamen with a focus on behavioral science from Katedralskolan, Lund, from 2012 to 2015. Julia also holds a certification from Techrek Academy obtained in February 2021, which was provided by Ants Tech Recruiters.
