Mike Rouse has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several prominent gaming and entertainment companies. Mike is currently the Studio Head at Antstream Arcade, where they are responsible for creative direction, strategic planning, and talent management. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Production at Hangar 13, overseeing all aspects of production and strategy for a global studio. Mike also served as the Production Director at STUDIO GOBO, a Ubisoft partner studio, and was responsible for directing production and studio logistics for various co-development projects. Mike has also held positions at Microsoft, where they served as the Studio Director, and at PlayStation, where they worked as the Development Director and oversaw the development of Wonderbook: Book of Spells. Additionally, they are a member of BAFTA and has been recognized as a BAFTA Award Winner and nominee. Mike also has experience in founding and leading their own studio, RedSix Interactive Entertainment Ltd, where they achieved external valuation and attracted strategic investors. Prior to entering the gaming industry, they worked at Johnston Press as the Lead of the Digital/Scanning department.
Mike Rouse attended the University of Portsmouth from 1999 to 2001. During this time, they studied HND Computer Animation and achieved a distinction in their field of study.
