Rafael Vitale

Rafael Vitale is the current General Director at ANTT. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Government Relations at ANEINFRA from August 2018 to July 2020. Rafael has also worked as an Infrastructure Analyst at the Ministry of Transport, Portos e Aviação Civil from October 2012 to December 2018. In 2014, they assumed a temporary position of Coordinator, managing a team of 8 analysts responsible for monitoring the transportation infrastructure investments that the 27 Brazilian States perform through a federal specific funding program named CIDE. Rafael has also worked on planning, implementation and supervision of all transportation mode (roads, rail, water, maritime, ports, airports and civil aviation) infrastructure, service or policy related to international agreements or transborder projects.

Rafael Vitale has a Master's degree in Traffic and Transportation from Beijing Jiaotong University, a Bacharelado em Engenharia from Escola Politécnica da USP, and certification from Universidade de São Paulo in MBA - Finance, MBA - Railway Engineering, and MBA - Public Management.
