Support Team Lead & Technical Project Manager at Antura AB

Jonathan Ardfors has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jonathan started their career at Auson AB in 2014, where they worked as a Production Planner & Dynamics AX Support, responsible for forecasting, production assistance, and purchasing. Jonathan also had a brief stint as a Production Staff. In 2016, they joined Skandiatransport A/S as a Customer Service Agent, providing assistance to customers. Jonathan then moved to Sigma IT Consulting in 2018, working as a Microsoft Dynamics AX Consultant. In this role, they focused on providing consulting services for Microsoft Dynamics AX. Since 2019, Jonathan has been working at Antura AB, where they have held two positions. Jonathan initially worked as a Support Consultant, providing technical assistance to customers. Currently, they serve as a Technical Project Manager, overseeing integrations with the project and portfolio management tool, Antura. Additionally, they manage internal IT administration, including systems like Azure AD, Dynamics 365 Business Central, and Atlassian products.

Jonathan Ardfors attended Griffith University in 2016, where they studied Informations- och kommunikationsteknik (Information and Communication Technology). In 2011, they also attended Elof lindälv Kungsbacka for a period of three years, focusing on Economy. Additionally, in January 2019, they obtained a certification in "MB6-896 - Distribution and Trade in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations" from Microsoft.
