Therese Forsberg

Therese Forsberg has had a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Therese began their career in 2003 as an Administrator at Nomi, where they worked until 2008. From 2008 to 2012, they were a Client Operations Specialist at CFI Group.

In 2012, Therese joined QuestBack Sweden AB as a Customer Success Manager, providing support to the sales department and performing quality assurance for surveys. During this time, they also served as a Project Manager, leading the implementation of SaaS solutions and conducting consultancy projects.

In 2018, Therese joined Giraff Data Konsult AB as a Consulting Project Manager, managing agile projects for small and large companies. Therese also worked as a Project Manager for ICA Gruppen, assisting in the relocation of an e-commerce warehouse.

Therese's most recent role was at H&M, where they worked as a Project Manager in the IT department through a consultancy assignment via Giraff Data Konsult AB. Therese played a key role in a strategic initiative aiming to clarify the Target Architecture and define Architecture Guidelines. Therese'sresponsibilities included driving progress, managing resources, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Currently, Therese works at Antura AB as a Project Manager and Business Consultant, starting in December 2019.

Therese Forsberg completed their high school education at Kärrtorps Gymnasium from 1988 to 1991, focusing on natural sciences. Afterward, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiotherapy from Karolinska Institutet, studying from 1995 to 1998. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Elements of AI certificate from the University of Helsinki in August 2019. In July 2018, they obtained the Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org. Additionally, they acquired the SAFe Agilist Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in December 2018.
