Lynn White

Mr. White is founder and managing director of the Twemlow Group, a consulting firm providing strategic, organizational and product development counsel to ag businesses.

Mr. White’s career spans over three decades in the agriculture and chemicals sectors. His positions have included vice president, Corporate Development of CF Industries Holdings, Inc. where he was responsible for external growth initiatives and led the integration of the $4.6 billion acquisition of Terra, Inc. While at CF Industries, he served as Chairman of GrowHow UK Limited, the leading British nitrogen fertilizer producer and as a director of KEYTRADE AG, a Swiss-based fertilizer trading firm.

He has served as president of John Deere Agri Services, Inc., a subsidiary of Deere & Co. where he led a new global business unit to pursue opportunities in technology-based services linked to agriculture. Prior to Deere, he was senior vice president, Corporate Development of IMC Global Inc. In addition, he has held various US and international executive positions for FMC Corporation.

Currently, Mr. White serves as Board member for LSB Industries, a leading US chemical manufacturer serving agriculture, industry and mining. He also serves as vice chair of the Dean’s Advisory Council for the College of Agriculture, Food and Environmental Sciences, California Polytechnic State University. Mr. White is also a National Association of Directors Board Leadership Fellow.
